Mission

The mission of Transformative Learning Initiatives (TLI) is to assist and support educational institutions in their efforts to provide students with the essential skills needed for success. We do so by offering Professional Development services that provide the necessary foundation for building, growing, and sustaining education-business-community partnerships, irrespective of the type of work-based learning and related initiatives that are being pursued.  TLI's services utilize proven, research-based methodologies and concepts from the worlds of business and education to implement our support programs, training, and consulting.
